Hi there! My name is Giovanna, but please call me Giovi. :) My writing journey has been a beautiful bundle of everything—from late-night journaling to songs, lyrics, and a few hundred unfinished ideas/sentences just waiting for their moment. I hope with my writing I can reach people, not for recognition, but for their hearts. As a youngster, writing has been an escape. Contradictory to this, my writing is a way to let go by tapping into what I'm escaping.
I imagined myself by a lake with a cuppa and cigarette just trying to be my own Jane Austen or Emily Dickinson, and then some. Aspiring to write what has never been written before. I am still finding my voice and how I can use it. Thank you for reading, whoever you are. I already appreciate you.
