Irene Silvino is a London-based picture book illustrator, designer, and art director known for her lively colours, expressive characters, and playful, nature-inspired artwork. After beginning her career in graphic design, she established herself as an illustrator, bringing picture books to life for independent authors and traditional publishers alike.
Her published work includes Little Critters, Big Feelings, Sarah the Spectacular Squirrel, and The Chubby Bubbies: Trip to the Museum. Alongside her illustration practice, Irene works as an art director at Serinidy Press and runs Bibitibop, her own illustration and design agency.
Irene is a member of the Association of Illustrators and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. She is also the founder of Editartz, an international creative community where illustrators share work inspired by regular editorial, children’s illustration, and pattern-design prompts.
