Here there is the answer to a question: how a platinum blonde influencer bought herself a hair salon without working?

Marcela Castoro Pérez, a beautiful platinum blonde influencer with thousands of views on Instagram due to simple viral videos shot with a boy with walking support due to walking problems and already famous on social media shoots a video in skimpy clothes mimics the scene of a sexual approach playing on the controversial roles of mother-son. The girl opened the front door of the apartment already in a white babydoll with a lace trim, her hair dangling down her back, her winking brown eyes crossing those of the platinum blonde boy, both with a palpable attraction. Winking looks, smiles, laughter, a few ritual jokes in front of the cameras. A beautiful inviting woman who invited him to sit down and rest with her in the bedroom and invited him to undress, ignoring the careless cameras of the eyes of those watching the video on the other side of the computer and the opinions that would come. A hot, sensual, lustful woman with ample breasts squeezed into a white lace bra aimed to hipe, keep the audience high, and create scene suspense as long as a minute's reel could be. The complicity between the two was palpable and the boy was not really understood how old he was, whether it was a mother who was very young or a boy who looked older than twenty-five.

The video generated thousands of quick views and quick interactions, of people who weren't interested in the content, judged too quickly, insulted, put on smiles, basically one comment after another generated incredible social interaction. Comments that were responded to by judging the two influencers and especially her, comments that judged her on why she was with him as a son (a role played in the video), some comments on the walker, on motor difficulties and there was no shortage of swearing. Users in these situations will hardly remember who they commented to and what they write, and finding a comment posted to a viral video is difficult even searching for the Instagram influencer's name.

The goal was achieved: interactions, like visualizations, creating a positive or negative reaction was still the goal. Yet if you know Instagram's policy of banning content. Instagram's community standards strongly believe in freedom of expression and equal dignity. They aim to highlight content that feels natural and authentic throughout the Meta community, which Facebook and Instagram's social media platforms rely on, but with strict rules regarding bans.

In fact, content containing scenes of the organization of acts of violence and the promotion of crime, dangerous organizations, and people is not permitted, nor are fraud, scams, and deceptive practices theoretically permitted. Restricted goods and services are not permitted, nor is violence and incitement to violence. In matters of sex, it is not permitted to reproduce scenes of sexual exploitation of adults, nor bullying and intimidation nor can you talk about or film sexual exploitation, abuse and nude images of minors, nor the exploitation of human beings, you cannot film and record a suicide, much less self-harm or eating disorders. Nude images and sexual acts of adults, as well as aiding and abetting sexual encounters between adults and sexually explicit language are not permitted. Hate speech, privacy violations, or strong, violent content are not allowed, and are just a few examples of how social media seeks to protect individuals not only those who film and post videos but also those who are forced to watch the video against their will and not because they truly care about the content nor why he followed the account of the person filming himself. Since these are short reels, viral content, short videos, it's not easy to think how this could easily turn into a fruitful scam.

Suffice it to say that if for every insult, contemptuous comment, or just a simple comment, a lawyer appointed by the influencer sent a letter and found the data by paying a detective agency, demanding €2,000 from the unfortunate person to be persistently paid within less than a week of receiving the letter containing their sensitive data, it could truly become a fruitful scam worth thousands of euros. Viral videos and monetization are sometimes much better for making easy money even in a short time based on clicks received and user views. And that's exactly what happened to an interpreter who found himself opening a letter from a lawyer instructed by the influencer to insistently ask for the money, but not a letter like any other, but with a report from an investigative agency on the interpreter's data!

A two-page letter from a lawyer in which a pescara lawyer pointed out that the comment was free of offense, free of insults, and only with a question written in quotation marks, "Did you shoot the video with your mother?" could become the reason to violate someone's privacy by inventing a smile that actually doesn't exist. So the interpreter responded to the letter that contained the report of an investigative agency called Arg Strategic Information, against which he opened a public complaint on a consumer website and subsequently a complaint to the national privacy guarantor located in Rome.

Thus this influencer burst into the homes of Italians with two profiles: a little-visited one with a few thousand followers, fewer than 10,000, where she advertised a hairdressing shop she owned in Noventa Padovana, a small, shy village in the Province of Padua, the hairdresser's place of residence and work. The other profile, however, with thousands of followers but with several photos and videos shot with the skinny, blonde platinum daughter just like her!

Oddly enough, in his thousands-click profile, he wrote that he lived in Colombia, but his residence was clear: Noventa Padovana's town and the surname Castoro Pérez could be misleading, yet by Googling it, someone immediately discovered that it was the same person.

Castoro Pérez's outburst was total: how the lady who presented herself as the most beautiful mother in Italy and on the web could accept someone that speaks bad about her? She advertised links to the used underwear and OnlyFan sales site in 2025, just one click to the right audience was enough to make it clear how she could generate the profits, but looking on Google you could easily find newspaper articles praising how the lady had bought a shop without a stable official job.

This is not the opinion of the writer but...of the lady or the journalists who wrote the articles, one might wonder. The viral video turned into an innocent trap, evidently looking for lawsuits and a new opportunity to get people talking, shocking and attracting a mixed and conflicted audience, and even among those users who use Instagram as a hobby, among those who aren't very experienced and who perhaps could be scared. So unexpectedly he arrived in the mailbox of an interpreter's apartment using Instagram without a funnel, a report of several pages. A white envelope from a Pescara legal office opened on March 8, 2025, by an interpreter still waiting to receive payment from an interpreting agency he had worked for between September and December 2023.

Rome's historic Centocelle neighborhood is a Roman hamlet of simple people with a history where life merges with petty crime and is rich in pensioners, foreigners, retired Italians, and even shopkeepers.

A living neighborhood, a beating heart of Rome, of that Rome made up of the history of simple and famous people in the films of director Pasolini. The interpreter returned from a day dedicated to Chile organized to remember on Women's Day a nun who helped the people so much in Chile to save themselves and escape Valeria Valentin! Just an example of a woman who still remembers after her death how important it is for women to leave a good mark on the world by saving human lives... a concrete, kind woman and dedicated to sacrifice... the complete opposite of the influencer! But that letter in the hands of whoever might happen may not have been asked by either the lawyer or the influencer when writing it...The kindness and empathy she had developed over the years to gain acceptance from others proved useful in this case too, as she attempted to protect herself by considering the scammer's and her skilled lawyer's perspective on ruining unfortunate victims, demanding not only €2,000 but also apology videos. Unfortunately, the interpreter received, in addition to emails refusing to compensate the woman outside of a normal damages request, a report to the Pescara Bar Association, and the influencer received a complaint for extortion and a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
