As the white ball goes around the Roulette Table Gus is watching for a black 5 to be the destination of the white ball.

Red number 22 the dealer calls out as Gus looks at in disgust.

What does it take for him to win tonight?

He was on a roll until he went to the bathroom and now he has lost everything except his last $500.00 dollars.

Keeping this small change wasn't going to help his situation or debts problems; so he put up his last money on black #5.

The ball goes around the wheel again and Gus is sweating bullets and praying when he hears black 5 has hit

"Yes, yes, said Gus out loud as he gets off his stool.

Leaping for joy and telling the dealer he cashing out Gus heads to the cashier booth.

"How would you like your money Sir asked the cashier?"

Words that Gus believe he wasn't going to hear tonight.

The weight on his shoulder to win tonight was heavy but he was determined to ride this one out or die.

Enough talking to himself Gus turn his focus back to the teller window.

Without hesitation Gus inform the teller direct deposit into my bank account says Gus.

"I hope you haven't forgotten my 20.000.00 dollars says the loan shark that Gus borrow the money from.

Getting the receipt from the teller to prove his deposit Gus than address the loan shark.

"I don't know how you found me but I only borrowed 10,000.00 dollar from you and the increase only applies after the seven days pass said Gus".

Lincoln the loan shark always keeps up with his money and when someone gets that kind money and don't complain about the interest they know something.

Clearing his throat Lincoln address Gus.

"You got me there says Lincoln but since you just won 1.5 million dollars you can handle the increase.

Gus had been warned about Lincoln tactics but since it was his first time and hopefully his last time borrowing from him.

Deciding it wouldn't be right thing to start a argument in the casino Gus tells Lincoln to meet him at the bank at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.

Now that he has gotten his way Lincoln goes back to his limousine and tells driver to head home.

Gus goes back to the teller and tells him he wants to add a message to his deposit to the bank.

Paying 20.00 dollar to add a message Gus leave the casino to head home.

That night Gus didn't sleep because he was to busy getting his final wishes and calling all those he had hurt asking for forgiveness.

Leaving the house early Gus sends a certified letter to his family telling them everything and they would have to wait but they would be rich in the end.

Arriving at the bank Gus sees Lincoln limo as he exit from it.

"Are we ready to get our money asked Lincoln"?

Last night had brought a reveal to Gus and he was going with it.

Responding to Lincoln Gus make his final statement.

"No said Gus if I give you the money you asked for how do I know you want come back for more".

"You've already proved you not a man of your words and I refuse to live my life that way said Gus".

"Well you chose the right words for that because you just ended your life said Lincoln".

"Give me the deposit slip so I can collect all the money and you want get any blood on the ticket".

"No says Gus again and besides how can you collect my money without I.D.

"There ways said Lincoln as he motion the bodyguard to take Gus around the building".

The fight didn't last very long since the bodyguard was bigger than Gus

Gus did give him a black eye before the bodyguard slit his throat with his switchblade.

Swiping the little blood off the deposit slip the bodyguard hand Lincoln the slip.

"I told you no blood said Lincoln to his bodyguard".

"I tried but he wasn't going to give it to me besides you can always come up with a lie.

Slapping the bodyguard with his right hand Lincoln address him.

"I don't pay you to think just follow orders said Lincoln".

Looking at his boss with many answers coming to his mind; instead the bodyguard just nod his head.

With that Lincoln goes into the bank and wait for a Teller to be clear.

Showing the deposit slip with a fake I.D. the teller calls over the manager for that kind of withdrawal.

Following the manger into his office Lincoln is confronted with two police officers.

"Well Lincoln we finally got you; Gus Ingram inform the bank that you were going to kill him and try to collect his money".

Turning to look out the window door Lincoln sees his bodyguard being arrested as rest of the cops head towards the dumpster.

"My bodyguard will tell you I didn't have anything to do with this said Lincoln".

If he knows what good for him thought Lincoln to himself.

Cops had been trying to capture his family for years for illegal gambling, murder, prostitution and etc.

And through three generations they were never able to make anything stick.

Lincoln wasn't about to be the one to bring down the family dynasty.

Sergeant Stevenson was glad when the two rookie cops called and informed the police station that they had Lincoln captured.

He couldn't get to the bank fast enough to arrest him.

Stevenson had been dealing with this family for 25 years and now he could retire with peace and life well lived.

With a crooked smile and handcuffs in hand Sergeant Stevenson gives him the news

"Your bodyguard has already agreed to turn state evidence against you and with 50.000.00 dollar to start a new life".

"Remember what they said; being greedy always get you caught; as he escorts Lincoln out of the bank".
