Orange

Orange such a powerful color and the usage of it varies for many reasons.

The government have prisoners to wear color orange to show embarrassment and misconduct towards society.

This humiliation is towards the prisoner more than to the color orange.

The color orange usage is make sure the wear stick out to the public and observe by all.

But to Kesha Fields orange represent a rebel with a causes that took crisis as a challenge.

Just like her school uniform colors, black and white.

What kind of imagination did Gilden Highschool have?

If any thought Kesha Fields to herself; that's why today she going to take a stand.

Kesha had made a new uniform in the color orange and light orange trimming.

And the perfect people to try it on were her parents.

Dr. James and Joanna Fields graduate from this school many years ago but to hear them tell it was just like yesterday.

Putting on her new uniform colors Kesha heads downstairs to have breakfast with her parents.

Hearing her daughter coming down the steps Dr. Joanna Fields looks up from the breakfast bar to address Kesha.

"Me and your father thought you were ill since it was getting late and you haven't made downstairs.

Taking seat at the breakfast bar Kesha pours herself some orange juice before answering.

Can't start off your day without the color orange being represented thought Kesha to herself.

Referring to the orange juice glass she just made.

"Kesha did you hear your mother ask you a question; said her father".

"Yes, Dad I was just about to answer the question said Kesha".

Kesha was upset it didn't go unotice to her that her parents hadn't noticed her uniform color change.

"Let's just eat breakfast and get Kesha to school says her mom".

" No I would like to answer the question said Kesha"

"Okay said her parents".

"I was late because I trying to make a impact on the world today and enjoy my time with both of you".

Both parents laughed and told Kesha to finish her breakfast.

"The only impact you make on the world today is on my wallet and my credit card screaming for air said her father ".

Dr. Joanna Fields was intrigued by that last statement so she had to make inquiries.

"Why will your wallet be screaming for air asked his wife?".

"Because of all the credit cards swipe machines it been going through said her husband".

And they both laughed at that one.

"See you don't take me seriously said Kesha or my cause.

Finally able to stop laughing Dr. Joanna Fields was the first one to speak.

"We take you very seriously Kesha and will back any cause you are against said her mother".

And that's when Kesha realizes that they still didn't notice her uniform color change.

So Kesha decides to see how long will it take before someone notices.

"Just forget it and take me to school said Kesha".

Being taking to school by your parents as a teenager was embarrassing but they wouldn't listen to her side.

True she did hit the old lady in the back but her stopping in the middle of the road caused it.

Her parents only wanted the accident to be erased so they just paid the money.

If I get my way I would change the traffic 🚦 lights colors said Kesha to herself.

I would have the traffic 🚦 lights colors as following:

Black light for Stop.

Pink light for Caution

Orange light for Go.

These colors bring attention and I betcha that old lady could see than.

"Unless you plan on walking to school let's go said her parents".

Scene: ROLL CALL

Taking the interstate to make up the time to get to school faster; the Fields inform Kesha to get her grades up.

Grades and image were the protocol for the Fields family recipe for success and nothing could alter it.

Arriving at Gliden Highschool and waiting for Kesha to exit from the back door.

Opening the car door Kesha exit out of the car to address her parents again about her cause.

"Look honey her a 100 dollars to help support your cause and your father will give a speech to support it said her mother"

Kesha realizes her parents focus was on their cellphone 📱 and laptops; which were always glued to their hands.

Sayings goodbye instead Kesha heads to homeroom class.

Arriving to homeroom class Kesha takes her seat as Mrs. Welch calls roll.

Wondering when Mrs. Welch will realize she out of her uniform color and call her parents to pick her up again.

Present was all Kesha heard through roll call.

Shock turn into horror when Kesha realizes no one in class had noticed her uniform color.

Kesha knew orange was bold but now she finds out it's invisible as well.

"Kesha Fields, Kesha Fields, said Mrs Welch again".

"Present said Kesha as roll call continue".

Everyone answered roll call as the first period bell rings to change classroom.

Kesha was really on a high with color orange that maybe she should've made a cape as well.

Scene: Science Class

Going into the room Kesha takes her seat and wait for Mr. Reggie Lee to address the classroom.

Mr. Reggie Lee informs the class that they would be dissecting pig today and their assistant name was on card.

Again no reaction to the uniform change or the color orange.

Now Kesha was getting angry that no one noticed her uniform color change and they didn't notice her.

Flipping the card over Kesha gets the name of her assistant.

Michael Seals the nerdiest guy in the whole school had to be her assistant.

How much more suffering must she go through today thought Kesha?

First her parents completely ignored her, cause and the color orange.

Now in two different classes she and the color orange have been wave aside like leftovers meatloaf.

And finally the icing on the cake 🍰 she gets paired off with the nerdiest guy in school.

Who been trying to date her for the last two years said Kesha to herself?

Engrossed in her own thoughts Kesha didn't hear Michael Seals greeting at first.

So Michael Seals says it again.

"Orange you glad I said hello today asked Micheal Seals?"

And their it was the color orange finally gets it recognized and by the nerdiest guy in school.

Kesha was glad of the recognition and you shouldn't kiss a gift horse 🐴 in the mouth but she had to ask.

" How did you see my new school uniform color change asked Kesha".

And before Michael Seals could answer the first question Kesha asked another one.

"Why do you know about the color orange said Kesha?"

Smiling and taking his jacket off to put on his lap coat Michael Seals answer the questions.

"I noticed everything about you Kesha Fields; you're just to busy to notice it said Michael Seals".

"As for the color orange it's a bold statement in society that can lift you up or can be used to bring you down".

"It's in the power of the user to exhibit the color orange in ways it best suited for".

"Like I've demonstrate in my attire for today if you had taken the time to notice.

Michael Seals points to his orange tie with little orange 🍊 all over it.

"You do know that great minds think alike said Michael Seals".

All this outrage concerning other people awareness of color orange and here she was with her blinders on.

Just eat your crow 🐦‍⬛ in silence and maybe no one will notice you said Kesha to herself.

But to Michael Seals Kesha replied:

"Orange K, you got me and now we can focus on dissecting this pig".

"Maybe in the future you'll be my boyfriend said Kesha".

On cloud nine was Michael Seals were oranges grew without trees.

Realizing Kesha was looking at him Michael Seals had to say something.

"Did you say I was your future boyfriend asked Micheal Seals?"

"Don't kill the Orange vibe said Kesha as she puts on her lap coat and goggles"

"The Orange vibe is like Saturday Night Fever it can never die said Michael Seals"

To think she had began to doubt the power of Orange.

It had brought joy and richness to her today.

A new idea for a traffic sign as soon as she gets out of school to address and a future husband to end the day.
