They were expecting a big storm and they were preparing by getting the snow blower working, and making sure the generator was in good shape. Because this part of the area of Nebraska was likely to get a big chunk of the storm. Soon, they woke up to 6 feet of snow and they said my, it looks like we're cramped inside for the day, so they made a cup of tea and they put the grits on the heat for breakfast. And then they sat around and told stories to each other, one story was about a man who could not find his way in the town and he was lost, and he finally went to sit down and he was interrupted in his slumber by someone tapping on his shoulder. And they said, what are you doing out here in the cold and they said, why don't you come with us? And, they picked him up and said we know a place where you can be safe and warm and then he went there and he was far away from home, but he was thankful that he could sit by the fire with a warm cup of tea while it was snowing outside and he made friends with the family. And then 1 day\n His mother called and said, I know you're there, you better answer the phone on the answering machine, he said mom and he raced to the phone and that was the end of that story. and someone else told the story about how his girlfriend was. Feeding a mop inside by going with other men and he didn't know how to handle it. So he tried to talk to other girls, but they were only friends and they all had other boyfriends already. So he was distraught and he finally took it out on a pillow and then the one girl spoke up and she said, I have a story. It's about how we all go out and shovel. The snow and try to make a path to the car. Hopefully they towed the roads, I mean, they plowed the road so that we can go to the store and get more tea and coffee and more grits, and they said, yeah, that's a great way to end the storytelling day. And then just before it was dark. They were able to drive to the nearest General Store and Pick Up More Supplies and Goods for their camp out experience.
The next day the Sun shone bright, but the Sun, the snow was not yet melted, but they all decided to go play in the snow and they found a hill and brought sleds and sledded down happily and then one person got their boot full of snow and their sock was cold and wet so she went home and sat before the fire. And the dog just sat with her, and then soon, a week after, all the snow was melted and they said, wow, that was fun. I wonder when it'll snowstorm again, but little. Did they know another storm was coming? It was coming up the coast to back around and then go back up west and there was more snow this time. It was just a flurry, but They\n Went out in the snow and they said, wow, everything's white. It's like a winter wonderland and then these big snow plow trucks came and got rid of every little inch of snow that was there and they said, Hey, we were trying to play in that snow. We like the snow, we're used to it now and they said, sorry, we have to plow. The road so there's safe travels. And they said, okay? And they said might as well get in the car and go ride around, so they went for a long ride in the car to the back roads, they had never traversed before, and they said, wow, I think we're lost, and they went up to the top of this hill with a lot of trees and used their sleds to slide down for some fun activities. But they kept bumping into the trees on the way down, one person hit their head and went unconscious. And they all said, oh, no, and they had to bring her into the car and drive away looking for their long, lost cabin, and it was getting dark, but they decided to keep driving on the same route that they had been on to see if it would lead to a main road. And they finally got to the main road and knew where they were, and so they were able to make it home safely. What?\nNames end of the story about the snow. They set out on their stools near the window and watch the snow.As if it comes down continuously , now , as we speak.
For some more stories about snow, please visit snow.com. And you will most likely find more stories about snow, but for now, just think about the snow crystals trailing down in the midnight sky and think about how they blanket the Earth collecting, leaving air pockets. That you can crunch together in a snowball or roll up and make a snowman or igloo and then it turns to ice and be careful you don't slip and fall in these wintry months which I guess there can be beauty found in any season, although the cold air makes it difficult to be comfortable outside. For me, at least. But I wish everyone safety and fortitude and peace and serenity in these snow days , which I remember as a kid was a happy time even though we had to shovel the driveway , even when the snow was up to 6 feet high.
So if you're ever in a snowstorm, just remember these words have fun.Be safe.Enjoy yourself in the moment that you're in.Because this life is for enjoyment , not for stress and trouble.
