Overview
I work with authors to clarify their message, build visibility, and connect their book to the right audiences—through thoughtful publicity and smart, realistic marketing strategy.
With more than 28 years of experience in book publicity, marketing consultation, and author advising, I help authors make informed decisions about how their work enters the world—and how it continues to circulate long after publication.
Publicity and marketing work best when they speak to each other.
In addition to traditional media outreach, I help authors think through the broader marketing ecosystem around their book—how messaging, metadata, digital presence, events, and outreach efforts align with their goals and resources. The result is a cohesive strategy that supports both immediate attention and long-term discoverability.
My role is often part publicist, part strategist, and part translator—helping authors understand what will matter, what is worth investing in, and what can be set aside.
