My job is to help authors make their books perfect.

With a wealth of experience in structural editing, copy-editing and proofreading, I work with a range of publishing houses, companies and individual clients – all of whom are never less than delighted with my work.

I build strong and positive relationships with each of the authors I work with, offering invaluable insights which address both the big picture and the finer details of their manuscripts. My approach is thorough, comprehensive and professional, and I am used to working under pressure and to deadlines. I am happy to work with any genre of book, and am especially experienced in travel literature, memoirs and contemporary fiction.

My life pretty much revolves around the written word – as well as being an editor, I am also a published author and a compulsive reader. As such, I have an intimate understanding of how books work, and use this to help my clients refine and polish their manuscripts to perfection.
