I’m a published author, freelance writer, and experienced editor with over two decades in the publishing world. Since 2004, I’ve worked with major trade publishers including Collins, Hodder, Hachette, as well as educational leaders such as Scholastic and Pearson—giving me a deep understanding of what makes a manuscript truly publication-ready.

Alongside my industry experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Writing (Distinction) and bring a strong background as a former English teacher, EAL specialist, and educational leader. My own writing has been shortlisted and awarded in multiple competitions, so I understand both the craft and the courage it takes to share your work.
