Near the city centre, yet a little removed from its more corporate, skyscraper-polluted parts, among quiet pre-war villas, sits comfortably a hip vegan café. At 9:30 AM, it’s swarmed with a business-casual crowd about to clock in at the surrounding family-run tech, finance, or law firms.
