4:02, thirteen minutes before she gets off work. Countdown to my crazy check. Deena’s the only one who can tell me if I’m within bounds or totally off my freaking rocker. I do the same for her when needed, but lately the scales have been tipping heavily to my side. 4:04, why is the clock moving so doggone slow? Can’t sit in front of his house forever.
