The Dawn of Justice

Weekly Contest #92

Chapter 1 Before the back becomes so tired, nature never ceases to surprise the one carrying the load by easing it with a lighter one. No matter the difficulty in realizing that what is black is black; honey is honey not sugar, waiting for the day when the ears will only hear, the tongue to say only the exact of what it tasted, the nose to proclaim what it smelled; the eyes of the blind world will see again and walk in the light of justice. 40 years before the present, Lima was banished for the murder of her husband, D-Jero and she abandon...

It would be me as it could be you too. January 2003 just after the New Year celebration, Donald came back from London with a lot of gifts for the community. Some of the packages include clothes, shoes, and smartphones. Donald offered everything to the community members present that what left for himself was nothing. The wife, Maima, was not at peace with it and she said, "How could you do that? Are you Father Christmas? Even Father Christmas doesn't share gifts in January." In reply, "I am blessed and what I came home with are just a few ...

All my life as a virgin, I wished that any man who would marry me should never have tasted the best of a woman. As a working-class lady, I gave my whole life on work as if without it I cannot live. Many of my friends were so jealous of my commitment to work. “Bissi, why are you always at the top of everyone in this company. I wonder what your fate will be if at the end you are fired from service,” Dorothy asked her during lunch break. Bissi love having fun after lunch and her co-workers draw to her because she's eloquent and elegant lookin...

Good news after Pain

Weekly Contest #50

Loving him wasn’t a mistake. In less than an hour, the house was organized to host a big party again. Everybody waited in parts to see what was to happen. Some people take Christmas like an angel sent for happiness but look it carries the extremely full joy of Christmas and Easter. As the food was served on the table of a hungry herdsman who couldn't even kneel to wash his hands properly or remove the specks of dirt on the skin, this was the best example to explain the happiness of a dish one has yawned for since they met each other. Before ...

Few minutes to time, someone came out of the room and said, "I suppose you are waiting for the interview?" Yes sir. "I am sorry; we have closed for today". What? Why not give me a chance before you could decide my fate?" Mr M...

It was Saturday evening when I called to check after her health conditions then I remembered, I have a task of writing about someone who always comes to the aid of others. DEAD AND ALIVE IN ME

Weekly Contest #48

DEAD AND ALIVE IN ME I am still in wonderment looking for features to explain this incomprehensible heart, ornamented in virtues, outpouring judgment with sympathy, always hanging patiently as she relies on what hope brings each moment and seasons that visits her home, drawing closer to the pain of others without counting the cost of what it may take. Who is this queen who never laughs or triumph at the neighbour’s miseries? Oh! It is breathtaking, intriguing to present this noble, superhero of my life, Mummy Regina. Indeed your attributes c...

THE CROWN OF DISGRACE

You never captured my heart as usual. What you have to do now is to go and hit your head on a rock. You need not please your ass to make a monkey feel appreciated for the losses he has made on you. As the security men are closing the gate of the university, Tola couldn’t wait to finish up the already opened mail. He shouted and remained silent. Everyone who was passing by looked and continued since it was curfew time and everybody must retire to their homes. The phone ranged. “It is she”, Tola sighed. Picking up the phone call, Tola start...
