I am a 60 year old retired truck driver and former US Navy sailor. While I have always had strong English, reading, writing, and grammar technical skills, as well as a vivid imagination, I have never really had an interest in applying them until now. Recently the bug hit me so I thought I'd give it a shot and see what critical analysis from some literary judges and peers might think about my efforts. My hope is to assemble a portfolio for the purposes of a possible freelance business venture in the future.
