My gaze roamed the night, drinking in the light fog around the around the yard lamps as I made my way to the tree lined path I usually walked. The night sky was a brilliant scattering of stars and the full moon stayed faithfully with me as stepped on the path. It meandered through the back half of my 45-acre property.
