I eat my cereal in a hurry, careful not to spill any milk. I had slept in: my baby brother had kept us up half the night crying and wailing. The news on the TV was no longer new. I packed my things for the trip. Cotton swabs - enough to use two a day. A few sets of plastic water bottles. More paper for my writing prompts. Sunscreen - lots of sunscreen.
