Author bio

I am a soon to be retired, long time, government employee. I have worked with federal, state, and local governments, writing laws and regulations and policies for administering programs.

I am now seeking an agent to help me publish a book that I have been writing for the past couple of months. I’ve written 14 chapters to date. I believe that the book will be about 30 chapters in length when I am finished. I have a fully developed outline of the book.

I have been reading about the dues and don’ts of looking for an agent to help with publishing material. I am not will any fees or costs upfront as I know that this is a significant red flag. I’m seeking a legitimate publishing agent. Obviously I would need to have this book edited.

I would categorize this book as magical fiction/science fiction. It is a book that would appeal to Young readers. It is definitely not a children’s book.

I am overjoyed at the prospect of having free time which I can put towards one of my favorite suits: writing fiction and poetry. I am equally happy to have discovered Reedsy.
