I have been writing from the young age of 5! A vivid imagination has always followed me, and writing became the only way to make sense of the worlds and shadows it offered. Putting pen to paper is very therapeutic for me. When I write, I am transported into the world of my characters; I see what they see, smell, and feel. Being able to escape reality is what drew me into writing and reading in the first place. In 2014, I was lucky enough to win a poetry contest with Eber & Wein and one of the prizes was to be published in a book. You can find my poem in their book “Across the Way, Meadows.” Other than my writing, I live in Orlando, FL and I enjoy going to Disney and Universal on my days off or spending time with my boyfriend and our families.
