With a background in law enforcement, Daniel draws on his experiences of human conflict, resilience, and adversity to create emotionally charged stories that blend suspense with psychological depth.
In 2025, he was awarded Third Place in the Paul G. Quinnett Lived Experience Writing Competition, presented by the American Association of Suicidology in partnership with the QPR Institute, for his personal essay When Silence Nearly Killed Me, a work focused on survival, recovery, and suicide prevention.
He is the author of the novels The Last Shore, Drowning in Serenity, and Perdition, as well as the raw and unfiltered memoirs Four Letter Word and Unprescribed. Across both fiction and nonfiction, his writing examines resilience, loss, identity, and the hidden struggles that shape people's lives.
Daniel lives in the south of Spain, surrounded by sun, sea, and storyboards, where he continues to write fiction and memoir exploring the complexities of human nature.
