I walk into the waiting room, knowing full well how much of a waste of time this next hour will be. I take in this sorry excuse for an office - paint-chipped walls, outdated scratchy upholstered chairs, and the saddest looking people you will find in the tristate area. This drab setting, however, will not get my eye off of the ball.
