Hello. I am from Oregon. I am an avid coffee drinker; cream is a must. Although on occasion a nice black tea blend with sugar will suffice. I have always loved to write, but I didn't really commit serious time and focus to it until I was approaching 40.

I love to travel when I can and have lived in three other countries. I enjoy writing short stories, and I am always looking to improve my craft. I desire feedback from other writers as well as editors. So please, feel free to give me suggestions and feedback so I can become a better writer. Trust me, you can't be any more critical than I already am.

My dream is to someday be published in the New Yorker. Some of my writing role models are Hemingway, Salinger, Mark Twain, Kafka and Vonnegut. My favorite book is "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare".
