As every morning, my alarm wakes me from sleep. I reach my hand over to halt the annoying sound reverberating from my phone by pressing ‘snooze’, before stretching upwards to look around our warm bedroom, which brings me a sense of contentment.The walls are a dark green color, which matches perfectly with the dark, hard wooden floor.
