Thana grinned wildly, eyes blazing. This was it, the day she could finally be free. The rising whistle of the teakettle was a soothing sound. A chorus of encouragement for what she was about to do. The other ingredients for the tea were beside her; teabags, cream, sugar, and of course, the small vial of poison she was ever so eager to use, colorless and tasteless.
