Long time reader, long time writer in the quiet spaces where no one can see, and now new to allowing others to see what I can do.
I have long wanted to be a writer, and now I am giving in to courage and letting my words see the light of day. Thank you to the community here for any feedback you'd offer as I take this journey.
I grew up in the Caribbean, I am an immigrant in the US. I am a mom, and a lawyer and I would like to publish a book someday soon. Until then I am eager to join a community of authors and find more confidence in my literary voice.
