Alesia took the most direct path to becoming a writer: she dreamed of being a paleontologist as a child, dabbled in graphic design and art, and obtained a BA in Bible and Theology before eventually earning her MA in Family Counseling. After years as a stay-at-home mom, she decided to wing it and teach herself the craft of writing.
While she loves the quiet freedom of incubating a new narrative, she finds the true reward is watching a story take flight and rejoicing when it finally lands with a reader. In her work, she takes subtle humor very seriously and has a habit of hiding eggs for the eagle-eyed.
