I am a chemist. I have published quiet a few scientific papers. I enjoyed gaining additional credits as an entrepreneur who founded an agricultural bioscience company in 2015 and got to do lots of PR work as well as affiliated articles and interviews. Now I have a deep fascination in writing and publishing fiction. My father was the director of Latin American studies at Emory when I grew up, as well as a lecturer on Latin American literature, so he was a principle additive into the innovative spirit I have on fiction. I love the Reedsy short story competition because it gives me new ways to explore fiction in different story lines alongside the drafts of the novels on which I have been working. Cheers!
