Today was officially three days till Christmas, the most magical and loving holiday. My grandpa used to make Cheese cream, which is strawberry cheesecake with vanilla ice-cream instead of cream cheese. He made the desert for the kids in the family every Christmas and since he passed away last year, I have decided to take on that tradition. My grandpa was the best baker in the family, and he would always teach me and my older sister everything he knew.
