Austin DeGroot – Designer

My name is Austin DeGroot, I am a freelance illustrator who grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is currently living in Cincinnati, Ohio. I attended College for Creative Studies in Detroit from 2013-2017, and graduated with my BFA in Illustration. After school I moved down to Kentucky where I worked as an in-studio children's curriculum illustrator and helped produce over 300 illustrations during my time in the position. I have worked on a variety of illustration jobs since 2014, ranging from traditional media portraits and illustrations, graphic design, concept art, to digital illustrations for book covers and comics. I once even painted with glue and glitter!

I love to take my past experience and combine it with my passion for art and creativity to collaborate with clients to create something unique and something you are proud to share with the world. I always strive to make it an enjoyable process, and establish a good working relationship you are excited to revisit during your next project.
