Overview
Hi there!
I’m Auguste, a comic artist and illustrator with a unique background in Philosophy of Science and Philosophy of History, which has shaped the way I approach storytelling and design. Before becoming a full-time artist, I worked as a librarian and an educator in Greek, Japanese, and art, experiences that taught me a lot about culture, communication, and creative thinking.
For the past 7 years, I’ve been working with publishers in Greece (Jemma Press, Nerdula Creative Lab) and the US (IDW, A Wave Blue World, Larian Studios), as well as contributing to self-published projects and award-winning anthologies like Young Men in Love (GLAAD and Ringo Award). Beyond comics, I’ve taken on projects ranging from advertising and children’s books to tabletop games and even music videos, each one helping me grow as an artist.
I love creating expressive characters and worlds that feel alive, with attention to diversity and detail in both their appearance and their stories. My background as a comic artist gives me a strong edge in visual storytelling and world-building, skills I bring to concept art, cover design, and more. I’ve also had plenty of experience working in teams of writers and artists—sometimes leading small groups—and I value collaboration as much as creativity.
I’m excited to keep exploring new projects and contributing to meaningful, visually striking work. Let’s create something amazing together!
