I'm an art director, graphic designer and illustrator that loves book design, typography and the interplay of graphics and text.

Overview

I have over 14 years of book design experience. I've worked at HarperCollins on interior layout design of lifestyle books, biographies and cookbooks, at Macmillan Children's books designing full package picture books, chapter books and YA novels, and various other publishers as a freelancer. I love the outdoors, baking, making all kinds of things, and I especially love doing work for socially conscious organizations. I'm also an illustrator, specializing in watercolor, and nature in particular. My illustrations have been in numerous books, published by both large and small publishers. My most recent book is Find a Moose With Me!, a children's picture book.
