Jeremy Kahn

Jeremy Kahn – Designer

Interior book designer & typesetter for fiction, YA, and nonfiction. Focused on clean, readable layouts and strong typography.

Overview

With over 10 years of experience in the publishing industry, I specialize in book interior formatting, typesetting, and pre-press production for both print and digital markets. I work with indie authors and publishers to ensure every book I touch meets professional standards and is ready for a smooth release, whether for print-on-demand or major ebook platforms.

My services include print layout, ebook formatting, and preparing press-ready files for platforms like KDP, IngramSpark, and Barnes & Noble Press. I tailor every design to the voice and genre of the book, creating clean, accessible, and visually appealing layouts.

In addition to formatting, I’ve contributed coloring work to several published comic and graphic novel titles, including licensed and indie series. This background sharpens my visual instincts when designing interiors, especially when balancing illustrations and text-heavy layouts.

I'm highly collaborative, responsive to feedback, and committed to delivering polished, publication-ready files. I also offer assistance with uploading your final files to the publishing platform of your choice, free of charge. 😊
