Overview

Hello!
I am a well-established Slovenian illustrator specialized in children's books illustration. I hold a Masters degree in fashion design from Instituto Marangoni, Italy but eventually my passion for drawing led me into the world of illustration.
For the last 10 years I have been illustrating picture books, stories and children's magazines for publishing houses and clients worldwide.
I enjoy following the magic hidden in a story and making it alive in a playful, charming and witty way.

When illustrating children's books I work closely with clients to make sure that everyone is happy with the progress and the final result. So the client is actively involved in working process and I am open to revisions at each stage:
- character design
-sketches for each illustration
- basic color layer for each illustration
- final artwork (High res PDF, JPEG or TIFF files).

Testimonials:
Tina got a great feel for the stories, and the artwork has turned out really bright and lively. Plus she was very responsive to our comments on the initial artwork, and worked to achieve what we wanted, which I really
appreciate.
-Miles Kelly, »50 Utterly Funny Stories«

Amazing work from Martina. Fantastic illustrations and great communication and professionalism throughout the project. Hope to work together again in future.
-Sandy Lobban, »The Sock Monster«

I have done a series of 10 picture books with Tina and her work is outstanding. I just could not be happier. I will definitely be reaching out to her for future projects.
-Shannon Saia, »Little Ant Series«

It has been an absolute joy to work with Martina on a poster illustration for a children's storytelling. She delivered the illustration much quicker than anticipated, was quick to respond and able to translate the brief into the illustration to sheer perfection. Would definitely recommend Martina and hope to work with her again soon. Thank you!
