Malena Stojic – Designer

I am an art director, designer, and illustrator. Having worked for big publishing houses such as Quarto, Pearson, Bloomsbury, as well as self-publishing clients, I always offer consistent, knowledgeable, efficient, and client-friendly design services. My career started in advertising, but I found my passion in publishing. I am an excellent team player, great motivator, and a reliable, hard-working professional. My approach combines art direction with a strong commercial focus, ensuring that every project meets both artistic and budget objectives.

Over the past nine years, I have worked at Quarto Kids on a wide variety of books, from board books and picture books to illustrated nonfiction and educational books. With over 20 years of experience in publishing, I have styled and directed many successful series, developed a strong visual identity for a new imprint, and refined layout and typography to cater for different audiences. Throughout, I have maintained a meticulous eye for detail and consistency.
