This is a book that will provide certain insights of how,

and in what ways, you can advance your healing of the mind from a traumatic, or troubling experience! Where it will provides valuable ways to advance through recovery.

It will guide you with the certain tools that you might be able to use, and that I have used, to advance a recovery, or heighten your stance towards the completion of self! Where you can begin the learning process, of the most beneficial ways to reach the next stage, in discovering which ways may be available to complete, your recovery from an incident, where there has been some trouble, in reaching your next step in recovery.

Some of the tools, or mind altering methods emplored. May advance the tasks used, to succeed in a successful outcome, of where it may have you pleased, with the results attained!

And to realize that ROME was not built in a day, so knowing that some of these ideas MUST be used everyday!

Intro: The reason for writing this is to have others, become much more patient and understanding with someone who has a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Also to understand some of the circumstances that some may encounter, including the ways some people may get short tempered when confusion sets in, and to form the possibility, of being able to overcome some setbacks, with a SMILEJ

What I would like for you, to learn about this journey:

1st- To realize that yes, some may have been a bit shifted, in the normal ways on handling everyday occurrences through what has happened.

Acceptance is the ideal!

2nd- So, trying to figure out the best way, to approach every obstacle is important. So, some ways, may help you in a direction to successes, while others may dampen or slow the gains, then figuring out what works, and deciding which to continue with.

3rd - And knowing that YES, your life has been put on pause, following the incident in question, and there are many different tools to assist in your learning, in how to overcome, some of those nagging issues. Learn how to proceed with ease!

4th- And understand that not everyone will co-exist, with the same difficulties that they may be handling, throughout their life.

Everyone has their own baggage, through which they may have to maneuver through with, themselves. This is why physical and psychological rehabilitation is ideal!

5th- You must learn about why being patient, in the attainment of goals is key, sort of like the idea. “You must take baby steps, with the forward momentum to the ideal outcome, as to which you may be wishing to receive.

Preface

Remember when you had a difficult situation in choosing? Which way to go in a choice that may approach, within your present timing!You may have made a wrong choice in a decision, then it begins learning……After the great fall of the empire, was in a constant preliminary onslaught, on how to function in this new realm of life. It is time for mind rebuilding, through the continual rebuilding of the physical aspects of self, into the state of achieving more, with what has been left, along with the mental stability, of the most beneficial ways to helping yourself heal.

Every person has their own mental obstacles, that they are handling in their lives. And some, may have very few speed bumps, in their voyage through living. While others have a constant torrent of hail from the normal living and functioning circumstances in life. Then trying to figure the proper steps to either overcome a setback, or to promote further progress in some ideas and actions. And knowing that acquiring a Brain Injury, can be a devastating episode, or, you may attempt to adjust to a higher sense of self, and be able to function in a higher attainment of simplicity, with accomplishments to be ecstatic about, in being sure to achieve more, in the educated ways in doing so!

In the beginning, of forming positive interactions with some other people throughout society, to dealing with the activities of daily living, ADLs, Activities of Daily Living, like getting dressed, or putting in your eyes; your contacts. To eating, to doing errands, that may need to be completed, throughout a day? Enjoy the journey!

With that being stated, know that the brain can spoil your forward momentum in the positive aspects of living, which can create a number of slow roles, with your forward progress, in goals that you may be attempting to attain with positive results!

With that being said, there WILL be, an enormous amount of personal, and also physical aspects, that may need to be handled, throughout the healing process. The mind is a complex organ, with personal thoughts, that may elevate your positive actions, to return results that will create a pleasing thought and/or action!This may be why people say to look both ways before crossing a street, it coinsides with the idea of taking your time in a final decision, that you may be looking for?

The aspect of figuring out, what, and how, to deal with some obstacles in recovery may help, but also may not, with the limited space that the body may work, in conjunction with the mind, in the completion of the ultimate desired goal. As to which you might be seeking. You may have to decide on what may be of value to learn, for retention, for later use.

Listen to the ones who care for you.

The therapists, who work with Brain Injured population, know as to what to expect at each stage through the healing process. Trust in their judgement moving forward!

The brain is full of thought ether, and this is the component that attracts our wishes to us, in a magnetic attraction entity! For example you may complain of traffic all the time on your way to work, and if you cease to consume your mind with this thought, your brain may provide thoughts as to a better way for you to get to work, with less traffic through a different route getting there, not always, but there may be a more time efficient way, to getting there?

As a man thin kith in his heart, so is he! So the thoughts of being financially secure, in good standings, so it may become. All of this thinking may not be in an overnight turn around, but as a man thinks as to what he is becoming, so shall it be.MUST, be stated, in the present tense sense, of an affirmation. With one hundred percent confidence that it has happened! Comes down to acting just as if this has happened, even though there will be negative statements as to why this hasn’t happened as of yet, this is where the surety, of that it is happening, has to play the part. Be confident of what you act upon, will result in a favorable result.

There will be setbacks as to why this shouldn’t happen. Will require time to reach this ideal stance, of where you wish to be, but patience is the key to achievements!

We’re not happy, because we say we’re happy, we’re happy because we interpret the things that happen to us as good and beneficial. On the flip side, if we interpret the things that happen to us as bad, we tend to feel unhappy. Our thoughts interpret the things that happen in our lives and as a result, those thoughts may have a strong influence over our happiness.

Think of something that you would like to come true, and then act as if, as if you have received it in the present moment! I know you have to be 100% positive about this action to be completed; otherwise you might get a bag of coal!

That is to think about something that you may wish to happen, in your present day life, something that may put a smile on your face, or a feeling of being successful.

For example you may wish to run to and fro? It might be hard, and I have heard that through mental practice this feat may be something that may appear. You would need to visualize yourself completing the desired goal, in your thoughts, as if, it is happening throughout real present timing!

Chapter 2

“The Creator”

Please do me a favor, PINCH yourself! Now that pinch was uncomfortable right? Do you believe anyone other than our creator, of the heavens, and the earth, could have replicated that sensation?

All of us, have been created to share joy and pain, to make the voyage through life the utmost pleasurable that it can be with the tools we have been provided.

Everyone, every day, has their own obstacles that they might need to weave through, throughout their voyage in LIFE.

Some folks may have clear sailing without any potholes in the road that they may be traveling upon, while others, may have to maneuver through their world with assistance, by which has been invented a long time ago, to enable them to be able to function at the highest level of societal functioning, with a decrease in stigmas through performing the task. Making the actions that need to be completed, as if having a third leg to run with, a little extra help when needed to complete the desire of goal achievement. This may be people who are in a wheelchair or blind?

So, cloning would have started a while ago and we might have a whole slew of cyclops’s roaming the streets on New York City, even now, I wonder if this has not happened already? A majority of folks just barrel down the street as if they are on a mission, or are about to miss the subway car?

It’s almost as if I walk at a quicker pace, my social bubble gets bigger, and will carve a path for me to get to my destination with ease.

There are so many undecided choices some may have in a day to day experience, some may be easy to complete, like lifting your spoon to get a bite of your cereal, to, more complex, like how many hours are there in a year? Answer 8765.9999999999!Just sayingJ

It is an amazing task with what the LORD has accomplished with humanity through the years, since caveman days! Every action that you entertain in life, whether it be unto others or, unto yourself, it is recorded by the great one, whom has create all. If you think about, how complex our intellect is, you might be able to gander at the thought that, you may not even come close in being able to comprehend the complexities of the creator of heaven, and the earth! It may be best to leave that thought unsaid!

Think about this, oh wait, gravity keeps our thoughts grounded, and if there wasn’t gravety, we would be able. To ponder upon this vast universe, and all the amazing characteristics that GOD has made! Gravity keeps our thoughts grounded on earth. So, this makes it virtually impossible to dwell upon, the complexities of the universe! We are only in ONE solar system amongst, a very large percentage of more!

Some may think upon if UFOs are real or not? Have heard of vortexes that may present doorways into other universes. Dwell upon the ideas of black holes, where no light, is able to escape. Black holes may be an entrance into other universes, and we will never know this because, we do not have an invention, that may be able to reveal this to us.

We only have the minds to hope for an answer to this, without an invention to reveal this to us.

Have seen The Law of Attraction and fully believe, you hold the keys to the flow for every mechanism within your MIND, to help your body perform what it is you need, or want! Our minds, only can go to, conjuer up the possibilities of this idea.

Jesus has always said that LOVE covers a multitude of sins. To LOVE your brother as yourself. To treat others the way that you would wish to be treated.

Thinking about the fact, that there is no end to the universe! So, this design far surpasses, any that a scientist would be able to conjuer up!

Chapter 3

Studies on the brain functioning growing up

Studies show increased attention span and early speaking skills in babies, who listened to music in their mother’s belly.

It enhances the baby’s auditory senses

Music can affect the personality of the baby also.

There is the thought that classical music has a different effect on a baby’s brain than other music like heavy metal, club, jazz, and country. Classical music is more complex in nature, it is believed to improve a baby’s special and problem-solving capabilities in life’s common interactions.

Some genres like heavy metal and rap may not be exactly womb-friendly as they often include harsh, erratic, sharp, loud, and discordant noise. These unpleasant sounds may disturb the baby’s sleep pattern and have a negative impact during growth.

It is believed that music also impacts the baby’s pattern of breathing. Loud music with an inconsistent rhythm may lead to undesired breathing patterns and hightened blood pressure.

“Music and the Brain” explores how music impacts brain function and human behavior, including by reducing stress, pain and symptoms of depression as well as improving cognitive and motor skills, spatial-temporal learning and neurogenesis, which is the brain’s ability to produce neurons.

The mother can nurture the developmental stages, by introducing calming music/tones to guide the developmental stages, of the newborn to be! There has been studies done that have found that if a mother has calming sounds being played, it has been known to impact the neurological composition structure in the formation of a newborns interwoven connections, of the neurons throughout the brain.

Isn’t it amazing , that of the over one hundred billion connections in your brain, that at times, it is difficult to make the common choices about whichever may be in the immediate choice spectrum, of decision making, at the time. Choices are difficult to make at times, just wish we got extra time in the test of life, at times. Growing up, we have been taught, to look both ways before crossing the street!

This is smart before crossing a busy road, with multiple roads.

A new neural pathway forms when you encounter a piece of information (thought) for the first time. For example, a young child already has existing neural pathways for common fruit like apples and bananas. But the first time they encounter something exotic, like dragon fruit, for example, the brain checks: is it an apple? No. Is it a banana, or an orange? No. So it must be something new – and presto. A new neural pathway is formed.

Then the child interacts with the thought: what color is it, what does it smell like etc. And the more the child thinks about the dragon fruit, the more the pathway is used and the more dominant it becomes.

That the more you do a certain task, to form a new habit or activity, it reminds me of the idea of neural connections, if you don’t use it you will lose it. Neurons that wire together, fire together.

The brains of people with trauma are different

It isn’t clear whether trauma causes changes in the brain or if people with certain attributes are more vulnerable to developing trauma to start with. But there’s a growing body of research that shows the brains of people with trauma are different in these key ways:

Over-activity in the amygdala, the amygdala scans for danger. If it finds something it deems threatening, it sends a signal to turn on your fight, flight, or freeze response, thus avoiding it, or may figure out ways around it.

Dysregulation in the nervous system

After your amygdala tells your stress response to turn on, your body gets flooded with hormones like norepinephrine and cortisol, which cause you to feel on high alert. If you’ve experienced trauma, you may produce high levels of these hormones on a regular basis.

There will be less activity in the prefrontal cortex

With decreased activity in the prefrontal cortex, aka the rational, decision-making part of the brain, it can be harder to rationalize yourself out of feeling threatened. For instance, you could associate every loud sound, with the sound of gunfire, regardless of how likely gunshots may be where you are. This effect has been been found in the returning service men and women from war, or any circumstance were you personal space may feel threatend.

A shrunken hippocampus

The hippocampus is responsible for learning, forming and storing memories, and balancing emotions. A shrunken hippocampus may help explain two common signs of trauma: memory loss and emotional dysregulation.

Dissociation: Your brain’s loophole for coping with the pain.

Or feeling detached from your sense of self, memories, or emotions — is a common trauma response. For many, dissociation begins as a way to cope with trauma in real time — especially when it’s ongoing, like sexual abuse. Disconnecting your emotions and your environment can make it feel like the painful event isn’t happening to you.

But once the brain learns how to dissociate, it often continues to do so long after the traumatic event has passed. An example of this may be when someone who’s experienced sexual abuse may continue to dissociate during consensual interactions.

While dissociation and other cognitive symptoms of trauma can be challenging, the brain has innate plasticity: You can rewire your brain back to thought patterns that don’t cause you distress. Making the recovery process more manageable.
