Overview
I picked up a pencil at four-years-old, started drawing and knew right then that I didn't want to do anything else. My passion for visual storytelling began in the realm of science-fiction, fantasy, and horror. I developed a love for sequential art and pursued a career in comics, eventually finding my way to Outland Entertainment, who published my creator-owned title, "The Redeemers." During my time with Outland, I connected with renowned writer, Cullen Bunn, on the book "Dragonring." My work has been featured in Wizard Magazine and Art Chowder. Having earned a degree in graphic design, a great deal of my career was focused on package design and brand development. That experience has given me tremendous versatility as both an illustrator and graphic designer, and taught me the value of the collaborative process.
I love bringing my talent for character design and world-building to the table when collaborating with writers to bring their story to life, whether it be a comic, game, book, or graphic novel. It's essential that I immerse myself in the author's imagination. I often find that the work takes on a life of its own, but ultimately embodies the author's essential vision. The reward is in capturing precisely what the creator imagined. I'm never happier than when the writer tells me, "you nailed it!" My identity is intrinsically tied to my work and the pride in doing it well. I can't wait to bring your story to life!
