Rebecca Dyer

Rebecca Dyer – Editor

UK proofreader, editor and writer with 17 years' professional experience, specialising in adult and children's fiction, travel and memoirs.

Overview

I am a copy-editor and proofreader with more than 16 years of professional experience, and I would love to help you perfect your manuscript. I am particularly keen to work with travel, fiction and memoir writers but I will consider requests covering all subject areas.

Recent projects include adult and children's fiction, memoirs, self-help manuals, YA fiction, poetry, guidebooks for Lost Guides and Lonely Planet, magazines, websites and newspapers.

In addition, I am a writer myself, of both fiction and memoir, and have had short stories published in anthologies by Spread the Word, Writefluence and the Parracombe Prize. As someone who writes, I understand the perspective of authors seeking editors and will aim to handle your work with both the sensitivity and honesty it deserves.
