I offer development editing, book coaching, and proposal development, specializing in business leadership, K-12 education leadership, and children’s nonfiction and fiction content.

I provide seasoned editorial judgment and a collaborative approach. My satisfaction comes from supporting authors in presenting their own unique voice so that it shines. As an experienced acquisitions editor, I understand the logic editors use to evaluate a book proposal. As a traditionally published author, I've experience the writing and development process from both sides, and bring a unique and empathic perspective.
