Hello, I’m Madli - nature lover, travel enthusiast and most of all passionate Illustrator with over 15 years of drawing experience. I’m specialised in book cover art and I enjoy working directly with self-publishing authors to help translate written stories into visually eye-catching book covers.

I’m very result driven and love to pay attention to details! It’s always very important to me do deliver my best work and not settle with anything less. My cover designs feature a unique digitally hand-painted artwork, which is tailored specifically to your story. My painting style is realistic and detailed, with heavy focus on characters and projecting the right mood and emotions.

All my cover illustrations are digitally hand painted. I do not use any AI nor photo manipulation in my work, so you can be sure that your book cover stands out from the rest.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Concept Development – I like to start with one-on-one consultation call to learn more about your book, the storyline, main characters etc. During the call we will discuss the ideas for the cover illustration and develop a concept that would represent your story the best.

2. Concept Sketch – After our call I will generate a written overview of the cover concept and start the sketching process. I will create a black & white line sketch to show the general composition. x2 rounds of revisions are included, to reach the final sketch.

​3. Final Illustration – I will create a fully painted illustration based on the sketch. x2 rounds of revisions are included, to reach the final illustration.

4. Cover Design & Formatting – After the illustration is completed I will design the full book cover (front-spine-back). I will propose multiple fonts and we can go through multiple revisions to reach the final book cover design.

COVER ILLUSTRATION + EBOOK COVER + PAPERBACK OR HARDCOVER: 1550 - 1950* USD
