I take the time to understand your novel and give all my clients 3 sketches, revisions, and a highly polished book cover that will stand the test of time. I do not use stock photos or AI, resulting in artwork that is one-of-a-kind. Covers are drawn digitally by hand with a tablet and stylus using classical painting methods of building light and shadow. I put a priority on world-building, compositional balance, and professional quality. Each cover is a premium piece of artwork that stands on its own in addition to being an effective marketing medium.

The process begins with 3 cover concepts to explore different approaches. With the approved concept, we move on to 2 rounds of revision. The final sketch will have typography and composition in place, so there are no surprises between the preliminary stage and final polished design. I design covers with the appropriate genre elements plus a dash of fresh ideas so your book can thrive.

My artwork is ethically designed and created without the use of generative AI. Your hand-made book cover has legal protections as a human-created work, ensuring the security of your commissioned cover into the future.

Sending Requests:

Provide reference images that come from existing book covers to give a general vibe as opposed to sending images created with generative ai tools. Ai images can not be copied or heavily referenced. Concept development is a big part of my services for every book cover and will result in a more effective cover!
