Currently editing and project managing young readers and middle-grade fiction, often heavily illustrated. Experienced in all areas of editing - manuscript assessment, developmental, structural, line editing, copyediting and proofreading. Assist publisher with commissioning new authors and illustrators. Collaborate with publishing and editorial teams on researching and pitching new titles/series/creators. Work closely with designers and illustrators on internals layout and cover design.

Previously wrote, edited and project managed various licensed product titles including properties/licenses such as Marvel, Disney, May Gibbs, Star Wars, DC Comics, Warner Bros, Cartoon Network, Hello Kitty and more.

Prepare hard copy and electronic marketing materials, update websites and assist Children's Director with general administrative tasks. Key tasks: writing marketing copy, designing animated gifs, working in photoshop and InDesign.

Publishing Editor for the authorised version of the ASX rulebooks, Australian Consumer Credit Law, Law of Superannuation Australia, Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime. SGML and XML coding for online and hardcopy legal publications.
