Karolina Prymaka – Designer

Hi my name is Karolina, I am a book loving experienced interior layout and cover designer. While working for many years at Thames & Hudson I had the privilege to work on variety of books with authors, editors and artists from many parts of the world.

Originally Polish but grew up in Sweden, discovered graphic design and typography in London and studied at London College of Communication. I see London as my second home, although I now live in Pula, Croatia. I love getting to know new people and get along with people easily.

I like working on variety of books and genres, big and small publications, illustration led as well as text led and immerse myself in the subject.

I am used to work on distance and never missed a deadline.

My work process usually start with a chat about the project to find out about the authors vision and challenges, then I usually ask questions and later suggest ideas and come up with design proposals.
