I’m Tomás, an independent editorial designer based in Lisbon, Portugal, with over fifteen years of experience designing books and publications for artists, cultural institutions, publishers and independent clients around the world.

Editorial design has been at the centre of my practice from the very beginning. With a particular interest in visual rhythm and detail, my work is grounded in typography, colour and composition, playing with these elements to create designs that are both expressive and understated.
