Julie Plasse – Designer

Hi, my name is Julie! 👋 My first love is typography, which has naturally led my design career toward book covers and interior layouts.

I have been a graphic designer for 15+ years, and I currently design nonfiction books, study guides, cookbooks, and instructional materials for a small nonprofit publisher. I also run my own studio, where I partner with people doing meaningful work to create logos, branding, and publications that communicate effectively and beautifully.

I love taking complex information and making it clear and engaging (so bring on the long-form text, infographics, charts, etc.). I work quickly, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in delivering clean, beautiful work.
