I start by asking you questions and actually reading your manuscript myself. This gives me a chance to fall in love with your characters and your world myself so I can create art that truly resonates with it. This means you're story can be wrapped your in an authentic tribute to your hard work. And it means you'll have a cover that not only attracts your ideal readers, but which means something to them once they've read it too.

As a bonus, by reading the story I can also use my marketing eye to highlight the tasty moments, the excerpts that can ignite curiosity and drive potential readers to know more. I breakdown these insights with my authors and help direct those sticky morsels into slick promotional images using the final art.

My specialty is in painting characters for Urban Fantasy, Epic Fantasy, Young Adult Fantasy, Romantic Fantasy, and Sci-fi covers, but I can lend my style and insights to the other fiction genres without a hitch.

- Painting - where I take reference photos and illustrate your gorgeous cover art

My services comprise of Illustration, Cover Design, Art Direction, Exterior Typography, and Promotional Images for social media. All of it is included in the ‘Starter Kit’ along with a dash of my good humour. 😉

Lastly, a downside of traditional publishing is that authors are often removed from the design process and don't get a say in their cover. And while I'm happy to fully take the wheel for clients that want that, the beauty of working directly with my authors is that I can keep them involved and ensure the final product resonates just as soundly for them as it does with me.
