My name is Irene Silvino and I am an illustrator and art director based in London, UK.


I love illustrating people (especially I like to focus on their feelings and emotions), nature and animals.


I am happy to illustrate articles, book covers, children's books, young adults books and create bespoke designs for fabrics, accessories and home decor.


I work on a commission basis and my existing work is available for licensing.

  • December 2019 - Selected by judges from Walker Books and Egmont for "Pictures at Play" SCBWI's Biennial Illustrators Exhibition at Westminster Reference Library, just behind the National Gallery (London)
  • 1st place award winner - Spoonflower Design Challenge with my large scale, black and white wallpaper design challenge "Prickly cacti and succulents". The design is available on wallpaper, fabrics, accessories, and home decor.
