I’m not a big believer in ‘bucket lists’, but I do try to promise myself that on those ‘big birthdays’, I’ll do something special. And I really, really, really wanted to take a trip to Alaska, so on one of my ‘zero’ birthdays, that’s what we did. (I must note this took place in 2017, long before Coronavirus was part of our world. So there are no mentions of social distancing, masks or other restrictions, since four years ago we’d stand shoulder to shoulder in a crowd and not think anything of it. My, how times have changed.&...
