He made pride look cool. His smile was cocky. His outfits were splendid. His presence, angelic. Despite seeing him only once or twice a year, here he was walking into the annual Festival of Fellowship. Of course, not too far from him was his partner, or colleague, possibly friend. She deserves it. With the little that I know, I can be sure that she deserves it. She deserves more.
