3rd June 2025 — NinaFirst day here. The journey took over 10 hours, mum made us set off at 7am this morning, apparently so we could get settled and unpacked a bit before dinner. Okay, so waking up on a train platform in the middle of the night isn’t ideal, but I’ve certainly ended up in stranger places, that’s for sure… There’s no one else around; just me, a suspiciously clean looking bench, and a vintage-looking train that seems to be posing for a postcard. I took a deep breath and stepped into the lobby of Reeview, a government facility sat at the centre of the city, it was a place so sterile it felt like a hospital rather than a modern office building.
