Overview

For the last four years I have helped authors of all levels of experience improve and polish their stories. Prior to that, I spent years reading the best and worst Hollywood had to offer for production companies, movie studios, and television networks.

I love working with ambitious writers, offering perspective, insight, and a sounding board. I have a particular preference for genre works, but that is by no means a steadfast rule.

I've also spent many an hour fixing every last misplaced vowel and Oxford comma for my dyslexic lawyer of a husband and will gladly do the same for you.

I have a BFA in Film and Television Production as well as an MA in Media, Culture, and Communication both from New York University.

Like a master blacksmith, you hand Conor the pig iron of your manuscript and he tells you where to apply the heat and suggests where to pound it to beat it into shape. Terrific guidance. Only hiccup was communication and deadline, both of which could have been more timely, though understandable given he fell ill during the review period.

Didn’t agree with everything Conor wrote, that would be just creepy. Told me a lot of things that needed to be said out loud and gave me some great ideas. Money well spent.

We had some issues regarding timing but the quality was amazing! I am super happy with the edit and Conor did a super job with the editing. Thanks so much.

Lots of "little issues" that pretty much didn't seem to exist. I should only use the word "madam" if I'm referring to a brothel, twins should never be referred to as older or younger (even though twins argue this often), and many more--within the first chapter.

HIRE CONOR!!! It's as simple as that. He is incredible! If you must know more, he took my manuscript and offered ways to open it up to many more possibilities, ranging from ways to create more drama and heighten the tension to giving the characters more depth, more drive and more conflict. Conor dove deep into the story and dissected the pacing and the plot and suggested ways to improve the st...
