• More than fifty web-based training presentations for Fortune 500 and other major US and international corporations, banks, healthcare providers, and nonprofits.

• Two textbooks for pharmacy technician training and one for students learning to use Microsoft 365 applications.

• Four years copy editing white papers and three to five website articles per week on cloud computing and virtualization.

Planned and oversaw annual events drawing audiences of one hundred to more than ten thousand people. Cochaired Commencement Committee and managed Commencement publications. Managed Convocation, Service Awards Banquet, and multievent Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration, as well as major dinners and receptions sponsored by the college president. Wrote, copy edited, and proofread programs, invitations, and posters. Cowrote speeches for speakers at vice-presidential level.

Managed print, radio, television, and internet publicity and advertising for exhibitions, events, acquisitions, and major community outreach initiative. Doubled number of media placements received per exhibition.
