I received my Editing Certificate from Simon Fraser University, and I am an active member of ACES: The Society for Editing. I live in Canada, so I'm familiar with Canadian English, but I edit mostly in US English.
My primary client requires me to work on a team with other editors, so I'm constantly learning and improving my skills through my colleagues as well as through editing and writing conferences, craft books, and podcasts.
